Fakultet za biofarming je visoko obrazovana ustanova
koja edukuje stručnjake sposobne za profitabilnu poljoprivrednu proizvodnju
koja se zasniva na korišćenju obnovljivih prirodnih resursa i zaštiti životne
sredine i očuvanju izgleda ruralnih resursa. Zdravstveno bezbedna hrana od
velikog je značaja za zdravlje i kvalitet života savremenog čoveka. Stručnjak
ovakvog profila je kompetentan da definiše koncept i mogućnosti održivog
razvoja poljoprivrede i zaštite životne sredine u celini, a posebno ruralnih područja.
Inženjer poljoprivrede za biofarming stekao je kompetentnost da sagledava
tehnološke osnove i ekonomske mogućnosti osposobljavanja privrednih subjekata
za projektovanje i usmeravanje razvoja konvencionalne i organske poljoprivrede
i proizvodnje biološki kvalitetnih proizvoda i poljoprivrednih sirovina
tekstilnih vlakana. Inženjeri poljoprivrede za biofarming su kompetentni za
osposobljavanje svih učesnika kako u poljoprivredi u celini, tako i na nivou
poljoprivrednih subjekata, posebno na zemljoradničkim i farmerskim
gazdinstvima. Oni su posebno komptetentni za osavremenjavanje i primenu
dostignuća nauke i tehnologije u proizvodnji tržišno konkurentnih
